De Mangerie, a firm culinary fixture in the middle of the bustling city centre, has its roots deep in Bruges' medieval trade of exotic spices.

Our curiosity for discovery is in our DNA.

Today, we bring refined world cuisine, infused with impressions and inspirations from our travels. Our chef's motto is clear: to cook a dish, you must have visited the country of origin, watched the harvest with the locals, learned their techniques and understand the why of a dish.

We now rework some bestsellers from the past 20 years, local where possible, supplemented with high-quality produce from around the world. This results in a beautifully balanced menu.

All this takes place in a cosy urban setting, a melting pot where locals, foodies, businessmen and tourists come together, regardless of age or occasion.
